CIVICIPTV provides IPTV subscriptions in digital format (No physical items). We only offer subscriptions as a service to watch Live TV Channels and VOD (Video On demand), which may be movies or series. CIVICIPTV is a provider of IPTV services. We are not responsible for any content presented.

In order to become a client and subscribe to our services, you must be 18 years old or older.
Article 5: Usage
CIVICIPTV doesn’t allow any type of re-streaming, transmit the content, or distribute any of the content provided. It is forbidden to share your account or re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or transmit the content either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means. No respect for this term will result in the permanent suspension of your account and device ban without prior notice and without the possibility of a refund.
Article 6: Multi-Usage
Each subscription allows only one connection. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. We provide the Multi-Room Option, which allows you to watch on multiple devices at the same time. Non-respect may result in the deactivation of an account without prior notice.
Article 7: Playlist
TV Channels and VOD are subject to change, update, or removal at any time and without prior notice. Any change in the categories or anything included in the content can happen at any time. CIVICIPTV doesn’t have any control over the content provided, the EPG, or any updates that happen to them. The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can change based on the update we do every week.
Article 8: Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The provided services are subject to change and update at any time and without prior notice. Discounts and promotions could occur anytime; if a service is purchased before the offer, it can’t be refunded to utilize the offer.

Article 10: Quality of Content
Due to the nature of IPTV and the factors it depends on, such as the Internet Service Provider, Internet Speed, Bandwidth, Streaming Sources, and many other variables, We can’t guarantee that any of the content will work 100% of the time. It’s possible to find issues like buffering, freezing, or non-working content. Therefore, ensure that you have a high-speed internet connection and that your ISP allows IPTV servers to reduce the possibility of having issues. A perfect viewing experience relies on your network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the quantity of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, CIVICIPTV can’t make any guarantees about the content in these regards.
Article 11: Unsupported region(s)
Our service works anywhere in the world AS LONG AS your Internet Service Provider is not blocking it. Currently, our service is not available in Italy, Portugal, or Russia.
Article 12: Accuracy of information
All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. Please keep your passwords safe. You won’t need to reveal it to any CIVICIPTV agents. You are uniquely responsible for all utilization of your account. You must be the owner of or have the right to use the payment method used to purchase any service from us. You are responsible in the event of any Fraud.
Article 13: Compatibility
In order to access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites that we establish in our Help Center.
Article 14: Internet service and data usage
You are responsible for any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services. The client is responsible for any expenses or charges related to his data usage or internet fees.
Article 15: Purchase process
By clicking on the buttons "Place Order & Pay" or "Apply Now" for trials, you agree with all our terms and policies. In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described via the service. Pricing details for products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice. You must be the owner of or have the right to use the payment method used to purchase any service from us. You are responsible in the event of any Fraud. Payment processing is handled by third-party organizations (Paypal or other secured payment gateways).
Article 16: Suspension and downtime
In extension of our rights to end or suspend your access as delineated above, you acknowledge that your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason. The CIVICIPTV logo and other CIVICIPTV marks, graphics, and scripts are trademarks of CIVICIPTV. None of the CIVICIPTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited. In addition to our right and conditions to terminate or disable the subscription, you confirm and agree to downtime in case of server maintenance, any update, or server-related issues. You will not be informed of these before they occur. All communications and terms to be made or offered in understanding this Agreement need to be in the English language. We have the authority and right to immediately end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any moment, without prior notice or liability, in case CIVICIPTV decides in its sole discretion that you have breached any of the above terms and conditions or any law or regulation over any content, including the CIVICIPTV logo and other CIVICIPTV trademarks, photos, and written content that are owned by CIVICIPTV. All of IPTV Palace's trademarks can’t be copied, downloaded, shared, or used in any way.
Article 17: Adult (xxx)
Our IPTV service is safe. Our playlists (TV Channels and VOD) do NOT include any Adult or Pornographic content.
